An integrative psychologist with 9 years of practice, specializing in ketamine-assisted therapy for 3 years. Her holistic approach combines traditional psychotherapy with multiple innovative methods.
Dr. David Dansky, MD.
An Emergency Physician who has used ketamine regularly since 1990 for procedural sedation, in addition to providing Ketamine Therapy since 2019.
Dr. Richard Bernstein, D.O.
A Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist for 30 years, who integrates ketamine into his practice to heal both physical and emotional trauma.

What Does the Complete Process Look Like?

Begin by completing the registration process on our website or by contacting us directly. - Schedule Your Intake Appointments
Once registered, you will be contacted to schedule both a psychological and medical intake. These assessments must be completed before attending the retreat. - Prepare for the Retreat
Participants will receive detailed guidance on physical, emotional, and dietary preparation to ensure you are ready for the retreat experience. - Attend the Retreat
Join us for a transformative three-day retreat, including therapeutic ketamine sessions, group therapy, and mindfulness practices. - Engage in Optional Aftercare
Following the retreat, you have the option to participate in individual or group sessions, which may include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with EMDR or other therapeutic modalities.
What Is Ketamine-Assisted Therapy?
Ketamine-assisted therapy is the use of ketamine in a controlled clinical setting to help individuals access and process difficult emotions, reduce symptoms of PTSD, and promote healing.
Do I Need a Diagnosis to Attend the Retreat?
No formal diagnosis is required, but participants should have a history of trauma or PTSD symptoms and meet eligibility criteria during a pre-retreat intake.
How Do I Know if I’m Eligible?
Eligibility is determined through a pre-retreat consultation with a medical provider to review your medical history and ensure suitability for ketamine therapy.
Do I Need to Stop Taking Other Medications Before the Retreat?
Not necessarily, but certain medications may interact with ketamine. Your medical provider will guide you on any necessary adjustments during the consultation.
Is Follow-Up Care Included?
Yes, you have the option to continue virtual individual or group sessions. These may include ketamine-assisted psychotherapy with EMDR or other modalities, as well as at-home ketamine therapy sessions.
Can I Continue Ketamine Therapy After the Retreat?
Yes, ongoing ketamine therapy can be arranged based on your individual needs and the recommendations of your medical provider.
Does Insurance Cover the Retreat?
Unfortunately, the retreat cost is not covered by insurance. However, therapy sessions after the retreat may be covered depending on your plan. We are happy to verify your insurance benefits for these sessions to see if they are covered.
Is Financial Assistance Available?
Yes, financial aid or payment plans may be available. Please inquire during the registration process.
What Are the Lodging Arrangements?
Lodging options include shared or private accommodations based on your preference and availability. All accommodations are comfortable and set in a serene, healing environment.
Are Meals Provided?
Yes, all meals are included. They are designed to be nutritious and supportive of your healing process. Special dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.
What Happens if I Need to Cancel?
- Cancellations made 60 days before the retreat will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made 30 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within two weeks of the event are non-refundable.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.
